Professional-creative competence in the structure of pedagogical culture. р. 5-11

The paper centers on professional-creative competence as a component of professional pedagogical culture. Having analyzed the peculiarities and values of pedagogical activity as well as having taken into consideration the necessity of contemporary pedagogical system improvement, the author maintains that educational process should be centered on the teacher’s professional-creative competence, professional knowledge and skills.
