Aims and scope
Ryazan State University named for S. A. Yessenin is a leading institution of high professional education in Ryazan region, the oldest university, a legal successor of the first Russian girl’s teacher’s institute, which was founded in December 1915.
Nowadays education at university is being tended on 22 directions and 45 specialties. There are three institutes, eight faculties, 53 departments. The professorial teaching membership coasts 513 persons, among whom there are members of the international and Russian academies, 94 doctors and professors, 338 Candidates and associate professors, who constantly take part in the federal target programmes and grant competitions of different levels.

The journal is a diversified periodical, which publishes articles of researches, doctoral candidates, graduates and seekers on the following directions: pedagogical sciences, psychological sciences, historical sciences, philological sciences, physical – mathematical sciences, philosophical sciences, culturology, geographical sciences, biological sciences. The authors at least 50 % published articles are professors and doctors of different scientific specializations. The editorial board of the journal traditionally seeks to support high scientific level, that’s why it takes for publishing articles which are covered actual scientific problems and contain strict argumentation, summaries and conclusions which are interesting by novelty, scientific and practical meaningfulness.
The scientific journal of Ryazan State University gives an opportunity to approve free the materials and results of dissertations researches by doctoral candidates, graduates and seekers who publish articles in “ Bulletin”.

And the course of time geography of scientific collaboration and a range of constant authors are considerably widening. The scientific search mode, supported by the editorial board, communication of recognized leaders of the science of our country on the pages of the periodical promote development of scientific potential of the university, disclose the potential of science of our country’s universities.
