In social science there are two management technology trends – social engineering and humanitarian engineering. Social-humanitarian approach, which is aimed at investigation and development of management systems, merges social, cultural, subjective, objective, institutional and symbolic aspects of the socio-cultural context, and forms people’s ideologies and expectations, taking into consideration their life strategies.
