The present article is devoted to the colonial policy of Germany at the end of the XIX-th century. The article deals with the problems of German’s relationships with England on the issues of boer`s republics. The author reveals the reasons that have eventually forced Germany to take a neutral position in Boer War, which has led to retention of dependence the English-German contradictions and was one of the principal causes of the First World War.
