The formation of regional industrial clusters. р.99-104

The article centers on a systematic approach to the formation of regional industrial clusters, which is performed in four stages (preparatory stage, analytical stage, organizational stage, stage of assessment). The systematic approach takes into consideration the interrelation between competitive potential (high, average and low) and strategies to secure competition (constant development, capitalization, regional clusters formation). It also takes into consideration the integration of assessment parameters and expected indices of development in a long-term perspective.
