The article is devoted to the problems of academic mobility development in Russian high schools. The basic documents confirming the right of high schools to develop and carry out the academic mobility as one of directions of educational activity are revealed. The purposes, problems, forms, methods and means of academic mobility organization in high schools of Russia are resulted. The complex of work directions is presented, allowing to expand academic mobility of students.
