Author dedicated this article to the analysis of different view of categories «human» and «selfdevelopment of human» in this modern pedagogical science. In the final conclusion the analysis of the problem of these basic ideas is advised not to use only to a person and his self-development. Using

interdisciplinary and holistic approach is proposed to expand the concept format of idea about human

and his self-development for further improvement of pedagogical activity.
