Investigation by atomic – force microscopy surface of thin films of cds manufactured by hydrochemical deposition. р. 154–161
Presents the results surface studies of thin films of CdS by atomic force microscopy, manufactured by hydrochemical deposition. By the results of scanning builded histograms of size distribution of grains on the surface in the plane X–Y. Experimental results support the conclusion of the aggregation growth mechanism of CdS films with hydrochemical deposition.
