Chinese and Russian understanding of the linguocultural concept ‘time’. р. 95–104

The paper attempts to analyze the lexical–semantic structure and the linguocultural understanding of the concept ‘time’ in the Chinese and Russian Cultures. On the basis of the results obtained by a questionnaire suggested to Chinese and Russian students the author of the article concludes that there are certain differences between culture–specific understanding of time in the Chinese and Russian cultures.
