The article deals with one of the methods of building a franchise system. It suggests methods of calculating possible monetary outcomes predetermined by the initial state of the system and on the choice of management. The debt-to-liquid-asset ratio shows how much a franchisor can spend on the development of a franchise system. The article presents a formula for finding the lower level of the best monetary outcome a general company can get by the time a franchise is completed.
