Russian school of natural law about the essence of French revolutionary doctrine. P. 32-47.

The paper treats the essence and the propositions of French revolutionary doctrine. The paper focuses on the influence the revolutionary illuminators’ ideas had on the concept of law. The paper analyzes the theoretical prerequisites for struggle for power in revolutionary France. The paper traces the connection between national unification, national sovereignty and peo-ple’s government. The paper also focuses on the issue of conflicting principles of democracy.
