The article deals with the components of educational process concerning its steady development. The diagnosis instrumentary for scientific outlook components evaluation is offered, the complex questionnaire including invariable (universal) part and variable (professionally directed at formation competencies in important spheres of Natural Studies) part is worked out. The offered methodic for monitoring can be used in specialized and non– specialized higher educational establishments.
