Abstract. On December 15, the Faculty of Russian Philology and National Culture of the Ryazan State University named for S. A. Yesenin hosted the XXV Olympiad of Russian speech culture for students of non-linguistic departments, organized by the Department of Russian Language and Methods of Teaching. This contest has now become interregional, with over 20 teams from higher and secondary specialized educational institutions participating.
