Atomic-force microscopy investigation of CdS thin film surfaces obtained by hydrochemical deposition. p.131-138

The paper provides the results of atomic-force microscopy investigation of CdS thin film surfaces obtained by hydrochemical deposition. Scanning results reflected in histograms show the grain size distribution on the XY plane. The experimental results prove that thin films grow by aggregation of CdS under hydrochemical deposition.
